3.23: April Fools Day 2020: No Time to be Foolish!

April 1, 2020 will not be your usual fun-loving April Fools Day. For me it brings back memories for on April 1, 2018, Easter Sunday, my mom fell in her home in Puerto Rico and broke her hip. She died last Christmas Day after being bedridden in a nursing home for a year and a half.

April Fools Day is also Atheists Day. Why?

Psalm 14:1 reads, ‘Only fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.”’ Romans 1:20-32 goes into more detail on this thought.

This is not a time to be foolish. Read the Book of Proverbs. James 1:5-8 tells us what we need to do to get wisdom.

Believe. Repent. Be Baptized. Receive the Holy Spirit.

Pray this prayer:

“Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I believe You died for my sins. Please forgive me. Right now, I turn from my sins and open the door of my heart and life to you. I confess You as my personal Lord and Savior. I will follow you for the rest of my life. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

Soli Deo Gloria — to God Alone be the Glory!
